Terrie Lea
Terrie Lea began her love for music singing with her daddy at backyard barbeques, benefits and clubs at the age of four. She has since worked in the studio with Loretta Lynn’s band, The Vandellas, and many others. Terrie Lea appeared on WCXI radio with the legendary CMA award winning radio personality Deano Day and appeared The Radio Lia show scoring a “hit” on her Hit or Miss call-in show. She has recorded in Nashville with the legendary songwriter/producer Charlie Craig, and has been asked to sing on several CD projects including the legendary Roy Young.
Terrie Lea and The Mustangs have 14 Detroit Music Awards, including Outstanding Country Group (2005), Outstanding Country Vocalist (2004, 2005, 2006), and Outstanding Songwriter (2005); Appeared at the 15th, 17th, 19th 22nd, and 25th annual Detroit Downtown Hoedown, Opened for Tracy Lawrence at Freedom Hill Amphitheater, appeared with Leann Rimes at the Clio Amphitheater, and Performed with Jimmy Wayne at the Emerald Theater.
